XMG is creating a further breakthrough with the gaming enthusiasts, offering uninterrupted performance with AMD Ryzen processor with RTX graphics cards. With the two new gaming laptops, the devices are equipped individually with a 15.6” and 17.3” displays for the optimal user experience.
Both these new gaming laptops are part of the NEO and PRO series that are integrated with the latest AMD Ryzen octa-core processors of up to Ryzen 9 5900HX with up to RTX 3070 graphics cards.
Besides the XMG Apex, the brand also has the XMG Focus lined up, which is powered by the Intel Core i7-11800H and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPU for entry level gaming performance with superior connectivity and rounded memory experience. All the upcoming devices are warranted to be integrated with 144Hz refresh rate.
The upcoming Apex 15 and Apex 17 are part of the M21 generation and is integrated with one of the fastest mobile processors for uninterrupted performance round the clock.
Apex 15 and Apex 17
The new additions to the lineup feature an extroverted aesthetic with a durable and high-quality lid and display quality. The 15.6” model in the upcoming launch features a high-class aluminum body with larger air vents around the chassis and a robust design. As for the weight of the devices, the Apex 15 and Apex 17 each weigh in at 2.2 and 2.5 kg respectively.
As for the display, the laptops feature a high-quality viewing angle with 144Hz refresh rate, FHD resolution and 300 nits brightness with 90% sRGB coverage. Besides the display configuration, the Apex range of gaming laptops support up to 64GB DDR4 RAM for memory options. Also, it is integrated with NVMe SSDs for faster storage.
The three graphical interfaces are ideal for gamers with multi-monitor users or the users who make use of VR headsets. Besides that, these gaming devices are also backed with a range of I/O ports, including an HDMI port, Mini Display port, USB Type-C and so many more.
Both the laptops (Apex 15 and Apex 17) come with a full sized keyboard with multi-color backlighting and full numpad for enhanced responsiveness and user experience.
XMG Focus M21
Moving ahead to the other device to be launched, we have the XMG Focus gaming laptop. This is also going to be available in two size variants – the 15.6 and 17.3” variant. XMG has paid special attention the processor performance, integrating these devices with the Intel Core i7-11800H processor with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPU.
The Focus 15 and Focus 17 each weigh in at 2.0 and 2.4 kg respectively. For their slim and light sizes and design, the device does offer amazing memory expansion options, integrating up to 64GB RAM configuration.
The laptop chassis in this features a torsion-resistant base with a discreet, and structured design. Also, the battery capacity in either version is 49Wh, which is pretty standard for a gaming laptop of this calibre.
Like the Apex lineup, even the XMG Focus devices are backed with an IPS display with 144Hz refresh rate and 300 nits brightness. Also, it is integrated with all the latest I/O ports that you can possibly think of, including Mini Display port and HDMI port.
Pricing and Availability
The Apex 15 and Apex 17 will be available at a starting price of € 1,439 and € 1,479 respectively and are up for pre-orders.
The Focus 15 and Focus 17 will be available at a starting price € 1,199 and € 1,239 respectively and are up for orders already.
