While the band of Chromebook is something that Asus specializes in for the most part, Samsung seems to have something else in mind against their competitor. There hasn’t been any other report surrounding the overall configuration of the device except for the Wi-Fi certification.
The certification has been made quite recently which can give the idea that this model of the Chromebook from Samsung is all set to be launched pretty soon, or is in the works at least. The model could be the big break that the brand needs to establish themselves in the market of the Chromebooks with the sleek design and even better features.
The device has been registered with frequency bands of 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz which is further amazing for the purpose of connectivity all the more. It has also been certified under the connectivity of WPA, WPA2 and even Wi-Fi certified a, b, g, ac.
In addition to that, the model no. XQ520QAB is registered under the WMM optimization and the overall process of Wi-Fi certification was done on September 24th, 2019. It is going to be integrated with the hardware version rev3 along with the Wi-Fi component rev1.
Whether or not Samsung will reveal the specifications of the model soon is a matter of waiting. But, with the kind of innovation Samsung brings along, this model is definitely going to be worth the wait.
