MSI recently announced the official launch for the free upgrade kit for Intel LGA1700 CPUs and their Coreliquid CPU coolers, indicating the official launch of the 12th Gen. Intel Core processors in the process.
In recent news, while everyone has been awaiting news concerning the official launch date of the 12th Gen. Intel Alder Lake processors, MSI has official confirmed the released date to be November 04, 2021.
The tech brand announced the free upgrade kit for Intel LGA1700 CPUs and their Coreliquid CPU coolers. Although the official press release doesn’t mention an “official” release date, the form for the user entry will be available from November 04, 2021, which is indicative of the fact that the Intel Alder Lake processor will be available from the same date too.
A twitter user, Usman Pirzada further confirmed that the preorders for the same will go live a week after the official release at the Intel Innovation event. So, the reports and current news suggest that the:
- Announcement and preorders will take place on October 27, 2021
- Sales and reviews will take place at November 04, 2021
Compared to the previous rumors that suggested the tentative launch date to be November 19, 2021, November 4th is a sooner date than one anticipated.
The date is an associated limit to different CPU embargoes. However, the users and tech experts are sure at this point when exactly the compatible motherboard will go on sale.
Further reports suggest that three different SKUs of the Intel Alder Lake CPU will be launched on November 04, 2021. It will include the Core i9-12900K, Core i7-12700K, and Core i5-12600K variants.
Besides these, rumors suggest that the KF-series without the Xe graphics will be made available on the same day as well.
