Lenovo Legion Y9000K 2021 Exploration edition is finally officially released and specifications suggest that the laptop is integrated with liquid metal thermal management and 1250nits mini-LED display.
On a quest to bring better and improved devices to the consumers, Lenovo has one up their game introducing refreshed mid-series products with redefined flagship design.
The Lenovo Legion Y9000K 2021 Exploration Edition is one such laptop that has left the users wanting for more similar upgrades.
Despite all the improvements, the users need to keep in mind that the new device is not based or integrated with the 12th Gen. Intel core processors, despite the processors being set to be released just 3 months from now.
Reports suggest that the new Legion Y9000K is a refined and updated version of the Legion 7i but with the exception of a superior liquid metal thermal management and mini-LED display.
The specifications of the laptop are quite diverse and branch out into the latest configurations.
The device is believed to be powered by the latest Tiger Lake-H Intel core i7-11800H processor with 8-cores processing. Furthermore, the device is also equipped with three optional GPU configuration, including RTX 3060, RTX 3070, and RTX 3080. All of these GPUs will be running at the maximum TDP.
Coming to the display, the new Y9000K Exploration Edition features a 16:10 screen with 92% body to screen ratio. Furthermore, the display panel is backed with 165Hz refresh rate with 1600p screen resolution and 500 nits brightness.
The new teasers from the reports suggest that the device with mini-LED display with 1250nits brightness and 1152 diming zones. So, it isn’t surprising that this upcoming device will be ideal for professional gamers and content creators in the long run.
Despite all the speculations, there are no reports about the official launch of the Legion Y9000K just yet. The brand has also not confirmed about the availability of the device outside of China just yet.
