While Lenovo is consistently working to deliver some top-class devices for their users, there have been a recent new turn of events. Ahead of the official announcements, a series of slim gaming laptops from Lenovo has been leaked.
The leak happened on Twitter and amidst them all, the one device that stood out was the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 gaming laptop. The same is rumored to be powered with the latest Intel Comet Lake-H CPUs.
The information was leaked on the twitter handle of WalkingCat, who managed to grab hold of a few presentation slides showing some of the slim models. The same is believed were sneaked by some of the Lenovo partners.
Even though the slides do show the design and the first look of the device, they don’t show any kind of full specification or pricing information of the devices.
Out of them all, some of the models have some detailed featured highlights that one can take a look into.
From all the slides and the information dished out, it is likely that the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 gaming laptop will be integrated with up to i9 Comet Lake-H. Aside from that, the GPU configurations are likely going to be up to NVIDIA RTX 2060. This is because of the ultra slim design and the thickness restrictions.
But, with even the restrictions of the GPU, Lenovo has ensured to cope with the same by providing the users with better accessory features. The quality displays with 144Hz refresh rate along with 1080p screen resolution does make up for the needs. They are also going to be integrated with the 100% sRGB color gamut.
Aside from that, one feature that is standing out amidst them all is the privacy shutter for the webcam. This is going to help improve the security of the device.
The Legion Slim 7 will also come designed with the Legion TrueStrike keyboard with a white-LED backlight for an even more premium look and feel. The fingerprint button is going to be on the power button itself, easing the process further and ensuring better security.
For beating the consistent heating issues that some of the prior Lenovo gaming laptops have come with, the device is going to be integrated with a Vapor chamber to alleviate the thermal concerns. The port selection of the device is up to the mark as well.
The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 is equipped with USB-C and USB-A 3.0 type ports and connectors along with Thunderbolt connector for better connectivity and ease of gaming.
It also supports a stunning 8-hour battery life, which is a further a boon. The Dolby Atmos audio enhances the gaming experience even further. It also allows rapid charging with the USB Type-C ports.
