HP has launched a range of amazing new devices with redefined computing innovations meant for powered hybrid work environments and the growing creativity in people’s lives. Owing to the persistent situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, majority of the population across the world are working remotely. This was one of the primary driving factors behind the new launches introduced by HP at CES 2021.
The new launch includes five new laptops – HP Elite Dragonfly G2, HP EliteBook 840 G8 Aero, HP ENVY 14, HP Elite Dragonfly Max, HP EliteBook x360 1030 G8 and HP Elite x2 G8.
HP Elite Dragonfly G2/Max
Considered as the world’s lightest and compact business laptops, the HP Elite Dragonfly G2 weighs just around 1 kg, making it easier for the users to carry around. This is also part of the sustainable range from HP, wherein the parts of the laptop are made from recycled materials from ocean-bound plastics.
The device is powered by the latest 11th Gen. Intel core processor with the Intel integrated graphics for smoother performance. It is also backed with the 5G technology for a futuristic innovation. It features a convertible design with the stunning Dragonfly Blue color.
Aside from that, the device is also backed with all the latest security features for smoother functions and proper data management.
HP EliteBook 840 G8 Aero
Next up on the list of launch is the HP EliteBook 840 G8 Aero, which gives people the freedom to move around and multi-task without any hassle. The device starts from an initial weight of 2.5lbs, and is integrated with the latest 11th Gen. Intel Core processor with Wi-Fi 6 and the optional 5G LTE service for smoother communications.
The device also features a stunning 720p HD camera with top-firing speakers for crisp and clear audio output. This one is integrated with a magnesium chassis made with 90% recycled materials like plastics to ensure enhanced sustainability.
HP ENVY 14
For the users looking for a device that can help with mobile performance, the HP ENVY 14 is likely one of the best picks. It features a 16:10 aspect ratio with a multi-touch enabled IPS display for smoother user experience. It is also one of the first HP devices with a 14-inch diagonal display with the Delta E <2 color calibration.
It is powered by the combination of the 11th Gen. Intel core processor with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti Max-Q design graphics. It is also backed with 16.5 hours of battery life for the ultimate workflow and performance. It also comes with a physical shutter for the webcam along with AI Noise removal to mute any kind of background noise.
HP EliteBook x360 1030 G8 and HP Elite x2 G8
The last two on the list of launch from HP at CES 2021 are the HP EliteBook x360 1030 G8 and HP Elite x2 G8. Both of these devices have been designed to redefine productivity and user security with the latest innovations and features. They are featured with an optional 5G connection for smoother user experience.
The devices are also backed with seamless design and lightweight design for promoting easier portability, especially for the users who are always on the go.
Pricing and Availability
The HP Elite Dragonfly G2/Max is going to be available from January, 2021. The pricing hasn’t been disclosed yet.
The HP EliteBook 840 G8 Aero is going to be available from March, 2021. The price hasn’t been declared yet.
The HP ENVY 14 is going to be available at a starting price of $999.99 from January, 2021.
The HP EliteBook x360 1030 G8 and HP Elite x2 G8 will be available from January, 2021. The pricing will be set according to the region of availability.
