With so many marketing campaigns going around, it is not surprising that Apple has come up with yet another innovative marketing campaign to bring forth better sales. Apple updated their MacBook Air on July 09th, 2019 with their infamous True Tone to the Retina Display to enhance the viewing impacts and visuals.
That was not just the strategy though. They even brought down the price to $1099, reducing the price to $999 for the college students. In addition to that, Apple has also stepped the game up by updating their entry level MacBook Pro with the latest 8th-generation quad-core processors, rendering it twice more powerful than before.
Apart from these renditions, Apple has even integrated new features like Touch Bar along with the Touch ID along with the Apple T2 Security Chip, all with a reduced price of $1199 from $1399 for the college students.
To boost their campaign of “Back to School” even further, they have also included a pair of Beats Studio 3 Wireless headphones with the purchase of either of the MacBook or the iMac. The kind of features that these device are instilled with make it perfect for the usage of the high school and the college students, which was also reflected by the Student monitor data as well.
Tom Boger, Apple’s senior director of Mac Product Marketing addressed this claim stating that it is true that the college students have been found to have blind reliance on the Mac devices for their entertainment and classroom needs. The reduced price of the MacBook Air and the enhanced features integrated in the MacBook Pro, the same is set to change the sales and the dynamics even further.
The Back to School promotion with the Macbook and Macbook Pro has kickstarted from July 09th, 2019 and is available to not just the higher education students but also to their parents, faculty and even the homeschooling teachers. The same is going to be available on the Apple Education Store.
Apart from the inclusion of the Beats headphones with the eligible MacBook purchases, the buyers are also going to get extra education discounts on not just the Mac but also the iPad and the accessories that they purchase during the lapsing time frame.
This is actually an amazing time to snag these before the stocks run out, mainly because of the fact that the MacBook Air and the MacBook Pro will also be upgradable without excess cost to the macOS Catalina which is going to be launched this fall. This operating system is expected to be the most advanced desktop operating system upon its launch. It is expected to include cool new features and a plethora of options of upgrades that you just can’t forego.
It is one of the most innovatively rolled out marketing scheme that is not just profitable for the vendor but for the consumer as well. With so many available options and freebies and discounts, it is nothing short of a deal breaker.
