Acer might not have a very diverse range of monitors and projectors but the brand is all set to take things up a notch, thanks to their new lineup of home entertainment devices, including new monitors and 4K projector.
The new home 4K projector not just brings superior performance, it further improves the overall ECO efficiency as compared to the mainstream market. Besides the projector, Acer also introduced two new monitors – one integrates the WQHD IPS display with the other one integrates WQHD display with 300Hz refresh rate.
Victor Chien, President, Digital Display Business, Acer Inc highlighted this new launch suggesting that the pandemic has changed the way people perceive entertainment. With most people either working from home or staying isolated inside their homes, investing in correct equipment has become a norm.
People who only relied on laptops are now investing in monitors and desktops to support their hybrid work experience. So, the introduction of these new monitors and projector was a step in the right direction.

Acer L811 Laser Projector
Starting out with the 4K projector, the Acer L811 Laser Projector is an ultra-short-throw laser projector. It offers 3000 lumens brightness with 4k resolution support. It backs up 120-inch projection from just 0.312 metres, which is revolutionary. The integration of 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio elevates the image quality and is backed with the Acer LumiSense technology for making dynamic adjustments.
One unique feature in this projector is that it comes preloaded with app market, which enables users to access a range of streaming services and access social media platforms without any drawbacks. The low input lag works effortlessly with 240Hz refresh rate at 1080p screen resolution.

Coming to the launch of the gaming monitors from Acer, the Nitro XV2 Series deserved a spot in the list of mentions. This particular one is a 27” WQHD gaming monitors with 300Hz refresh rate that supports smoother visuals. The AMD FreeSync™ Premium Technology further improves the visual experience with lower overdrive response for enjoying through each frame of the game without any compromise.

Like the previous one, even this monitor features a 27” WQHD display with 8-bit colors that makes it ideal for content creators and videographers that indulge in editing and corrections.
It is also backed with AMD FreeSync that supports the gameplay experiences without causing delays to the performance. The monitor is equipped with a 178 degree wide viewing angle with a docking station for comfortable viewing and ergonomic design.
The display is TÜV/Eyesafe certified and comes with Blue light shield technology that keeps your vision in check, especially if you have a habit of being in front of the screen for prolonged periods.

The Acer L811 projector is going to be available at a price of EUR 2,599 from November, 2021.
The Nitro XV272U KF monitor will be available at a price of USD 1,099.99 from November, 2021.
