Acer announced three new devices to its TravelMate series which targets enterprise and business users and mainly for commercial uses. The three new devices include the TravelMate Spin P4, TravelMate P4 and the TravelMate P2.
Given the kind of situation around, majority of the users are working while on the go. Everyone is always looking for devices that are durable but at the same time, lightweight and portable too.
These three devices suffice those needs and come with military-grade durability that have been tested with drop test. They also assure longer hours of productivity with better battery life.
TravelMate P4 and Spin P4
The Spin P4 is a convertible touchscreen device that comes with all-day productivity for smoother functions and operations. The device features the latest 11th Gen. Intel core processors along with the Intel Iris Xe graphics that ensure smoother performance all day long.
The device is also equipped with 1TB SSD for storage along with 32GB DDR4 memory. It also features up to 15 hours of battery life for productivity without a glitch. The device comes with a stunning 14” FHD Corning Gorilla glass touch display for easier work experience, even when you are on the go.
It is a convertible laptop with the 360-degree hinge that allows you to rotate the device as per convenience. It works in four modes including the laptop, tent, stand or tablet modes. It is also integrated with a precision touchpad that features gesture control for better performance.
The device comes with the Acer Active stylus along with Windows Ink for convenient drawing and easier note taking.
TravelMate P2
If you are working while on the go, the TravelMate P2 is hands down the best option. It makes working from home a lot easier and seamless. It ensures smoother performance and productivity with higher processing power and enhanced durability.
The TravelMate P2 further features higher productivity with advanced connectivity options. The device features a sleek and lightweight black chassis that weighs just 1.64kg and is 20mm in thickness.
Like the previous versions, even this one features a FHD IPS display that comes with stark brightness and expanded contrast for accurate color reproduction and smoother visuals. The narrow bezels further enhance the screen to body ratio of the device as well.
Given the rise in remote working because of the pandemic, the P2 features a seamless wireless connectivity with the Intel Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) technology that is 3x faster that its precursor. It also runs on 4G LTE data, in case wifi isn’t available around.
Since the device is meant mostly for commercial use, it is backed by TPM 2.0 that ensures better security of the data. The lens cover keeps the webcam concealed, further securing the company data for the better. Some of the additional security features include fingerprint reader and Windows Hello that ensure secured login to the device.
